3D Modeling in Archaeology and Cultural Heritage 2009
Trento, 15-18 June 2009
Dear friends and colleagues,
we're organizing the International Summer School on "3D Modeling in
Archaeology and Cultural Heritage" which will be held in Trento (Italy) on
15-18 June 2009.
The School is co-organized by the Bruno Kessler Foundation (FBK) of Trento
(Italy), ETH Zurich
(Switzerland) and the University of Siena (Italy).
The school will consist of theoretical and practical lectures.
The audience will see the fundamentals of photogrammetry, image processing
and 3D scanning applied to the archaeological, architectural, conservation
and documentation fields.
During the labs, the related software for data processing and 3D model
generation will be used and tested.
The school will be open to max 30 participants.
Each participant should bring his/her own laptop for the practical labs.
The registration fee is 350 Eur and includes the material of the school,
coffee breaks, lunches, excursion and social dinner.
